Attendance Policy Update

The ESC is now sending out letters to employees looking for doctor's notes for absences of more than 2 days starting with the second occurance within a six month period.   Failure to provide a doctor's note will result in a level in the progressive discipline process.  
Again, this is more than 2 days (3 days or more).  Many people are under the assumption that 3 days out is acceptable, which is incorrect.  Please be aware.
